Shipping Policy

~Our deepest apologies but due to Covid-19 we are unable to except any returns at this time. All sales will be final.~ 

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders will be processed seven days a week and shipped Monday – Friday from 9:00am – 4:00pm EST. All orders being placed with NEXT DAY SHIPPING or TWO DAY SHIPPING must be placed before 2:00pm EST in order to receive your package within the correct time frame. At this time we do not offer shipping or delivery on weekends or holidays. Should you place your order after hours, on a weekend or holiday, your order will be processed and shipped the following business day.

 

All GROUND SHIPPING orders placed before 2:00 pm EST will be shipped out the same day following verification and credit authorization. All orders being placed with NEXT DAY SHIPPING or TWO DAY SHIPPING must be placed before 1:00 pm EST to have your package ship out the same day (no deliveries on weekends or holidays).  We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud.

PO BOXES and APO/FPO or U.S. TERRITORIES 

We accept orders being shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories. Orders to these addresses will always ship via USPS Priority Mail service. If you are experiencing any difficulties, please feel free to contact us at Natrina@flexxivollc

DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

Free shipping on all domestic orders that exceed $75 before shipping cost and after any discount code is applied (customer must select this option at checkout). If your order does not qualify for free shipping, we offer our $8.00 flat rate ground shipping (offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands). All packages are shipped with UPS or USPS. All packages are shipped with UPS, USPS or OnTrac. 

 

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

We provide tracking information on all orders. You will be able to track your package the entire way with the shipment confirmation that is provided. Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery. We will not be held responsible for orders that show “DELIVERED”. Signature may be required at the time of delivery.

A $15 return shipment fee will be applied if your package is returned to our facility by our provider under the same label for any reason (return shipment may vary on international shipments).

 

SALES ITEMS

All items on our SALES tab are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable. All items on our SALE tab are FINAL SALE. All discounted items are also FINAL SALE. We reserve the right to add or remove items from our SALE tab at any time. Any sale or final sale item received for a return or exchange will not be honored. A store credit with a 15% restocking fee will only be honored. No exceptions. If your order exceeds $500, there will be a 15% restocking fee applied on returned items.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

Our Deepest apologies we are unable to ship internationally at this time.
